วัตถุประสงค์
The study and stakeholder mapping aims to generate rigorous, evidence-based critical analysis of the economic, social, and rights-based dimensions of emerging employment patterns. The study will produce actionable employment practices, policy options, contextually grounded practitioner recommendations with clearly articulated implementation pathways. The research process and design ensure equal and meaningful participation of displaced communities (co-design and implementation with key stakeholders in Tak Province), while facilitating substantive engagement with local and national employers, Thai government authorities at the municipal, district, and provincial levels, civil society organizations, and other relevant stakeholders at the national level for scale-up considerations.

1. Inception Note: Outlining the refined methodology and implementation plan.
2. Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis: Summarizing key actors and relationships.
3. Economic and Social Insights: Based on integrated qualitative and quantitative data.
4. Summary of Stakeholder Consultations: Capturing key perspectives and areas of convergence.
5. Final Report & Summary Brief: Presenting synthesized findings, actionable policy recommendations with implementation pathways, and a concise policy brief for broader distribution
